1. If I select more children, do I get more items? No, each box is standard, but selecting the amount of children is specific for some activities and it will be tailored towards that.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We already ship the fastest way possible for our shop. We ship within 1-2 days of your order being placed. We ship UPS or USPS 1-2 days, sometimes 3 days depending on delays with the shipping providers. If you need an item by a guaranteed date, reach out to me so I can make sure this is 100% possible.
For all stationary: Per request, stationary items go through a proofing process where the customer is responsible for approving their order before printing. Once it is approved, a typo can not be corrected. You will have to reorder your items if desired.
For other items: For a mock up or picture of your item prior to shipping, it is your responsibility and must be specified in the personalized section at checkout. This is the ONLY way to include that you want a proof. I cannot see previous messages that we had in conversations; and therefore, cannot accommodate custom requests unless they are in the personalized section.
All orders that include labels are easy to remove and simply peel and stick to items. Labels will not come attached to anything, this is a DIY step.
Message me right away so we can fix this issue. With pictures, I can replace the items that are damaged at no cost to you.
For ALL orders, boxes, personalized gifts, etc. We ship within 1 or 2 days, sometimes the same day depending on the level of busyness and the time of order. In rare cases, your orders may take 3 days to ship. Message me if you need ASAP or pay for rush 1-day completion to guarantee it goes out the same or next day.
No, our mugs are printed with sublimation ink and go through a sublimation process so the design is printed INTO the mug. The design is meant to last forever. We still encourage hand washing to preserve the mug as long as possible, but these are dishwasher safe. We cannot replace a mug that gets damaged in the dishwasher because we encourage hand washing for preserving the design.
